Our Response to COVID-19
While we have always practiced extreme precautions to keep our team and patients safe, we have been hard at work these past few weeks updating protocols in response to COVID-19.
Here’s what to expect during your next appointment with us:
Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.
You will be scanned with an infrared thermometer to check for temperature.
We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office.
We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.
In addition to this, we are asking that patients come to their appointment alone if possible, unless they are sedated or accompanying a minor. If you have a face covering, please remember to bring it with you.
Changes we’ve made to help keep you safe:
Option for virtual consultation with the doctor
Patients over the age of 60 or with pre-existing conditions will be given priority for early morning appointments
Medical grade HEPA air filters in all treatment rooms, including one in the waiting room
Increased cleaning and sanitization
Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients.
Stress free communication. Patients can check in via text or call and have the option of waiting in their car till their designated appointment time.
Additional changes we’ve made to keep our team safe.
Daily health screenings for the whole team.
Providers and dental assistants will wear CDC, ADA and OHA compliant personal protective equipment during treatment
Front office team members will be wearing face coverings
Sneeze guards installed at the front desk
